We have in-house electrical engineer that specializes in designing product groups such as micro processors (Micro Computing Unit) controlled devices, appliance electrical design, digital audio device circuit design, lighting design (including diode and laser lighting), timing device design and other electrical designs.
Functional Design
Functional design usually starts with a functional specification. If you do not have one, we will ask you to give us your “wish list”. We will translate your thoughts into a functional specification. With this functional design will we be able to start the electrical and mechanical designs.
Electrical Design
The electrical design is where the magic happens. Armed with the DXP2004 PCB design software, our engineer will come up with a design that fits your budget and application. We call them Form, Fit, Function. Usually the testing design and process is also completed at this stage.
First Article
Once the design work is done, we will work out a first article for you for approval or modification. Typically we will manually produce a PCB board for you to make sure it works they way you want.
Production Sample
After the first article is approved we will start the order preparation. Before the mass production starts we will make a few production samples for your final approval.
